Time Management
Users can schedule resources by the day, the hour, or fraction of an hour. Time Management is a flexible system that will reduce the time and effort you spend on scheduling. The system architecture offers cross-platform support to meet a variety of mobile and office-based group scheduling needs. The Schedule Manager displays information about the client/patient, the coverage hours, days of service, including pre-assigned services, and employee assignments. Coordinators can easily schedule workers and/or make adjustments to schedules. Accurate records of arrival and departure times of workers are maintained via EVV or IVR and reconciled with agency policies. Managers are notified of work exceptions, such as no-shows and tardiness, in real time, so they can react to any work variances, and corrective measures can be taken immediately.

Mobile
At etimeSoft Solutions, we do away with any and all paper trails to allow you to more efficiently track and perform your duties. Our mobile app allows caregivers to login/logout from the client's home while tracking their location (EVV). Caregivers can enter Plan of Care tasks directly in the mobile app.
We also leverage the our mobile solutoins to allow nurses to gather patient metrics remotely and submit that data back into our system. Nurses can also fill out their forms directly on iPad/iPhone/laptop and submit them electronically back to our servers.
In house training is also tracked and maintained via our mobile solution to avoid taking attendance manually via hard copies.
EMR
Our electronic managed record system is a document management system that provides comprehensive storage, retrieval, scanning, customer workflows and reporting capabilities. Custom workflows exist which route your scanned/submitted documents through the system populating the data where necessary.

Compliance
A key enforcer of compliance infringment is alerting. Our alerting module, notifies managers when a compliance event is triggered. If a worker or client is nearing a threshold which threatens their compliance standing then a manager is notified so the appropriate actions can be taken immediately.
Reports are also available to inform agency compliance personnel of out-of-compliance threats.
InService Management
